Yoga and Self Study Technology Workshop

Join Josh for a fun OMFlow, meditation and self study methods to support your summer adventure!

Om Flow I/II Yoga portion (1.25 hour) features inclusive general postures with leveled variations and holds. Focus is on alignment and breathing followed by Yin based postures and savasana.

Self Study/Meditation portion (.75 hour) workshop begins after Savasana using prompts and digital self study technology (provided), or (provided) notebooks for journaling. Self study sessions will be placed before and after prompted meditations.
