Yin Yoga uses stillness and long holds, it strengthens, re-lengthens, and hydrates the connective tissues throughout the body, especially in our joints, areas most critical to maintaining mobility and flexibility
as we age, and creating space in the body.
Along with the Yin postures, we will interweave Breathwork and Mindfulness Meditation throughout the practice to bring spaciousness to the Mind, and facilitate the flow of Prana/Chi in the body.
