Join Bunny, Amy, and Mary for a Yang, Yin, Yoga Nidra – Journey of Balance.
Bunny will begin with Yang Yoga practice, an active, movement based yoga designed to target and stretch the muscles, and open the body, mind and spirit to receive the deeper practices to follow. ( Approx. 30 min. )
Amy will continue with Yin Yoga practice to complement the Yang. Yin Yoga deeply nourishes the connective tissues through more passive floor based postures held over time, encouraging increased flexibility. ( Approx. 45 min. )
Then Mary will guide you into Yoga Nidra, a deeply meditative, relaxation practice. In a comfortable, supported, reclining position, you will be safely led to that space between wakefulness and sleep, opening to remembered wellness, profound calm and peace. ( Approx. 45 min. )
