Nick Vacarro first came across yoga over five years ago when he started using it as a cross training for other sports. As his practice grew, it did not take long for him realize that the benefits extended beyond increasing strength, speed and flexibility. This lead him to explore and learn how yoga can impact all aspects of his life, and to live a healthier and more joyful life physically, mentally and spiritually. Nick completed his 200 hour teacher training at Sanctuary Studio in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 2017 in a traditional vinyasa flow style and has taken trainings in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, is a Reiki II Practitioner and has continued his mentorship under various teachers in the Portland area. Off the mat, Nick likes to spend time outside exploring, playing with his dog Tahoe, volunteering and part time accounting and finance consulting.
