Kasia Moffett


Kasia is a Registered Yoga Teacher from northern Maine.  She lives and teaches in the greater Bangor area and holds certification for facilitating numerous specialty yoga modalities including Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Advanced Aerial yoga, and Trauma-Informed yoga.  She has trained extensively at Kripalu Center, and with Unnata Aerial Yoga, Warriors At Ease, The Veterans Yoga Project, Liberation Prison Yoga, Jillian Pransky, and the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at JRI.  Her focus is on making yoga accessible and inclusive; she has a motivated interest in Yoga for Underserved Populations, particularly military Veterans. When not teaching yoga, Kasia loves to make art, spend time with loved ones, and walk in the wild woods of Maine gathering native food and medicine.
