Kara is lifelong fitness enthusiast who enjoys yoga, barre, circuit training, any type of core workout. She is a certified personal trainer as well as a BarSculpt instructor. She took her first yoga class in 2007 while living in Portland, Maine and fell in love with asana. Shortly after moving to Bangor in 2009 she discovered Om Land Yoga. She expanded her practice in 2014 and is currently working towards completing her Yoga Teacher 200-hour training.
She grew up on the coast of Maine and enjoys spending time on the water. She also enjoys baking and cooking with her husband in their free time.
