Ana has been practicing yoga for 8 years, and considers yoga to be one of the most important tools in dealing with Life. She earned her RYT 200 with Om Land in 2017 and has happily added Aerial training to her repertoire in the Spring of 2019. As a current part-time student in counseling and a part-time peer support, she is looking to bring a more therapeutic, yet playful emphasis on the importance of self-love, self-care, and how to leverage yoga during the healing phases throughout one’s life. Other than being Mom to a precocious daughter and one mischievous pup, Ana also loves spending time with her babies and loved ones in nature, supporting local musicians and artists, catching a movie at the drive-in, paddleboarding, a good cup of coffee, and reading books of any kind followed by lots of daydreaming. Come prepared to explore your unique yoga journey with a dash of light-hearted fun with the aim to end the practice feeling weightless, refreshed, and centered.
