In the heart of the crisp Maine winter, join us at the Bangor studio for this special one-hour Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, or “sleep yoga”, is a restorative, restful modality. Guided attention and compassionate observation are supported by cozy, effortless postures with lots of props and a soothing environment. In the full moon’s light we can practice together to experience deep self-care and community. Come as you are, or for a special shared experience bring a loved one or friend. All are welcome; no prior yoga experience is necessary.
