This class creates a community of teacher and students at ease with each other and themselves. By focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, and breath the class can be challenging yet is always supportive and sometimes playful. Some of the poses we practice include twists, heart openers, sun salutations, warriors, downward facing dog, tree pose and the ever-popular savasana. Linking basic yoga movement with breath, we will together look to find a sense of inner peace and ease.
