Restorative Yoga is a calming, supportive, and a deeply nourishing practice, used to create balance and quiet, and to restore core energy. This class will help create a healing environment in the body by balancing the nervous system, and increasing the flow of energy to all the body’s systems, restoring you physically, psychologically, energetically and emotionally. You will experience letting go of holding yourself up, and by allowing yourself to be fully supported with the use of props, relaxing and releasing deeply held tension.
